Q:		How much do you charge?
A:		Pricing is determined by sq. foot or hourly rates. It will depend on the size of the job.
Q:		If you choose to charge me hourly, how much is that?
A:		Anywhere between $25-50 depending on how many people are on the job.
Q:		If you're charging me by the sq. foot, how much is that?
A:		Anywhere between $.40-$1.00. Things that will determine the price are: your location, if the job is hung already (if it is, how WELL it's hung), size of the job, height of the ceilings, vaults, wrapped windows, specialized cornerbead, and texture type.
Q:		I have a house in Des Moines with 8-foot ceilings and it's not hung, how much would you charge?
A:		A close estimate would be about $.75-.85 per sq. foot.
Q:		What does your sq. foot pricing include?
A:		Texture, drywall, mud, rosin paper, scrapping, durabond, standard cornerbead, fasteners, tape, and all labor.
Q:		What does the hourly rate include?
A:		This only covers labor. The homeowner will provide all of the materials. This can also be added to the bill.
Q:		How far will you travel?
A:		I will work anywhere in Central Iowa. (Within 1-1.5 hours from Ames, IA) If you're not sure if you fall in the area I work in, please contact us to work something out.
